At Bon Vivant Spirit Agents we have a clear mission and philosophy. While we recognize that the LCBO does its best to make a fairly diverse portfolio of spirits available to the general public, it's our feeling that they can't move quickly enough to take advantage of the rapidly-growing artisanal spirits industry. We believe that there are amazing spirits are being made at smaller distilleries in all corners of the globe that are being overlooked in favour of large mass-market brands. This means that the emerging community of creative cocktail professionals in Ontario are having to develop their craft without access to a full range of flavours. It's like asking a painter to paint without using the colour orange, or a chef to cook without using basil. They can, but we're all the poorer for it.

So we are dedicated to finding these products wherever they may be and getting them into the hands of Ontario's mixologists, drink-slingers, bartenders and craft cocktail enthusiasts.
